Dagger Diving
The review highlighted that the management system structure was disjointed and overly complicated. Excessive use of numbered folders and unnecessary cover pages added no real value, while key documentation was stored outside the HSEQ system. This made it difficult for staff to retrieve essential information for day-to-day operations. In addition, many procedures were overly detailed for the size and scope of the organisation, and some failed to effectively meet ISO standard requirements.
We advised restructuring and streamlining the system, centralising all documentation in a master register, and simplifying procedures.
To support their wish to develop in-house knowledge, we also provided sample structures and documents to guide implementation.
Centralised documentation, making access easier for staff.
Improved alignment with ISO standards and smoother daily operations.
